Bubbubs – Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Address

Return instructions and the return address will be provided once your return request has been approved.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item once approved and place a new order.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
